How often has a word or phrase been spoken in the Australian Parliament since 1991? Results are normalised to mentions per 10,000 speeches per bucket so growth in parliamentary volume doesn’t swamp the signal.

Examples:

Counts speeches that contain all of the entered words (English-stemmed) — “submarines” also matches “submarine”, “sex” also matches “sexes” and “sexual”. Word order isn’t strict, so “cost of living” also counts a speech that mentions both terms without that exact adjacency. Quotes around your phrase are ignored here.
